Ordering & Payments

Easy and Secure Ordering with PayPal!

Click on the "Buy This" button next to the item you want.  This will take you to a secure online payment page called PayPal.  You may continue shopping until you are ready to "Check Out".  (Please note that you can close the PayPal window while shopping.  When you add another item PayPal will retain the previous selections.) 

To process your payment you can log-in to PayPal if you are a member, sign up to be a PayPal member or just process your order with out signing up.  It is very quick and easy.  Please make sure to include your e-mail and phone number, in case we need to communicate with you.  Your order will be emailed directly to Yvonne@prenatalcomforts.com.  We will send an e-mail confirmation.

International Orders

If we receive an international order through PayPal, we will send a PayPal invoice for additional dollars for postage for air mail. (usually 4 - 10 day shipping)

If you would like a postage estimate, please email Yvonne@prenatal comforts.com the items you wish to order.  We will then email you back with the additional postage information.

Shipping

Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped within 72 hours, as long as products and materials are in stock.  Products will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.  For rush orders or international orders, please email Yvonne@prenatalcomforts.com.

United States shipping charges are as follows:

$  0     - $15.00  =  $ 3.50

$15.01 - $48.00  =  $ 5.00

$48.01 - $75.00  =  $ 8.50

$75.01  and up   =  $10.00

Returns/Exchanges

Our goal is keep you as happy as possible. Your whole world is changing fast! If you have a concern about any product you have ordered, please e-mail us as soon as possible.  We will accept returns or exchanges except for clothing, within a 30 day period.  

Return Policy for Clothing:  If tags are still attached, you may return your item for a full refund minus shipping charges. If item is defective, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Privacy with Personal Information

All the information we receive from you or PayPal will be held strictly confidential.  Prenatal Comforts will not sell, trade or give out your information.
